Gráinne is a qualified solicitor who joined the Employers Federation in July 2026.

She joined the Employers Federation having trained and qualified in a leading regional private practice firm. She specialises in employment law and has proven experience of representing employers at the Industrial Tribunal and Fair Employment Tribunal in Northern Ireland.

At the Employers Federation, Gráinne advises Members on all aspects of employment law and provides support across a wide range of HR matters.
