Terminating Employment

Support is provided in respect of all termination of employment situations, including:

  • managing change and re-organisation including redundancies
  • dismissal following conduct or performance issues
  • conducting “off the record” discussions and pre-termination negotiations
  • addressing the risk of an unfair constructive dismissal claim following a resignation
  • retirement, including assessing any risk of age discrimination
  • dealing with notice and notice pay entitlement
  • enforcement of post-termination clauses
  • provision of references
